Return Policy


We offer a 30-day return policy. If it is defective, we will gladly arrange to pick up the defective product at our cost and send you a replacement product at no charge. Simply call us and we will arrange for the pick-up and replacement. We will cross-ship replacement product by billing your credit card for the replacement product and then issuing a credit when your product is returned with all materials, including box (the SAME box as the Pilot -- these are serialized!), manuals, disks, cables, and registration cards.

If the product is NOT defective, we will honor the manufacturer's return policy. This varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. For example, on the US Robotics, there is a 30-day "no questions asked" return policy. For returns under a manufacturer's return policy, you simply ship it to us at your cost, so that we receive it no later than 30 days from the date of invoice. You MUST include ABSOLUTELY everything with your return AS WELL AS A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE. We will credit you with your entire purchase price less any shipping/handling (order) charges. Please note that you MUST MUST MUST call us for a Return Authorization number and address -- all other returns will be refused.

If you do not have absolutely EVERYTHING to return to us, or after any manufacturer's return policy expires, defective products should be returned to the manufacturer for processing in accordance with the manufacturer's full warranty.

At our option, we may assess a reasonable charge based upon any missing materials.

All product is sold with full manufacturer's warranty!
